Description | Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group signed an agreement in December 2008 with Tianmen Municipal Government to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 150,000 cubic meters per day as well as 47.65 km pipeline in Tianmen City, Hubei Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Beijing Sound will operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 177 million (US$ 25.32 million), and Beijing Sound owns 100% of the project. |
