The project consists of constructing an access road from U.S. Hwy 45 to Hwy 145 providing access to Huber Engineered Woods. The principle items of work include grading, drainage, base, non-reinforced concrete pavement, hot mix asphalt surfacing, erosion control and striping for 0.259 miles of road and associated acceleration /deceleration turn lanes.
