Hudson Mosaic Project

Hudson Mosaic is an almost 300-unit mixed-use development project in Hudson Square, New York City. It will feature affordable and supportive housing for single adults, couples, and families with low to moderate incomes, including at least 15% of units for the formerly homeless. The project also includes a new recreation center owned and operated by the Parks Department, with amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, basketball court, indoor track, multipurpose rooms, outdoor terrace, computer room, and children's playroom. The development team includes Camber Property Group, Services for the UnderServed, and Essence Development. The project is part of a city initiative to build more housing on public land and to transform the Clarkson Street Corridor into a hub for recreation, culture, and fitness.
