The project includes removing approximately 500 submerged wooden piles remaining from the demolition of Pier 68, extending the temporary cofferdam approximately 265 ft toward Manhattan, performing a riverbed survey, removing or grouting piles, and performing ground improvement to strengthen the riverbed. |
