Description | The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of Huludao Old District Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III Expansion in Huludao City, Liaoning Province of China. The sponsor is not disclosed, but it holds a 90% stake in the project. State-owned Huludao City Construction Diplomatic Group holds the remaining 10%. Huludao City Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee is the project implementing agency. The project cost amounts to CNY 124.79 million or $ 17.5 million. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 22 years. The return mechanism is government payment. The project company will transfer the assets to Huludao Municipal People's Government or other agencies designated by the government. Financial close was reached on 9 October 2019. |
