Description	The project involves the expansion of Hunan Yiyang Waste-to-energy Plant, located in Yiyang, Hunan Province of China. The plant is already in operation with designed daily household waste processing capacity of 800 tonnes. The expansion will add a daily household waste processing capacity of 600 tonnes (219,000 tonnes/year). It will be equipped with a 600 tonnes/day grate furnace and a 15MW turbine power generator. It is expected to generate on-grid electricity of 90 million kWh annually. China Everbright International Ltd is the sponsor. The project cost is approximately CNY 375 million or $ 52.4 million.
