Description | In May 2014, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group won a bid to finance, build and operate 5 township wastewater treatment plants in Huoqiu County, Liuan City, Anhui Province. One of the plants was located in Yaoli Town. The concession term (including construction period) was 30 years. Construction of the Yaoli Town Wastewater Treatment Plant (capacity: 2000 tons per day) commenced in August 2015. The design treatment capacity of all the facilities was 20,000 tons per day. The total investment US$ 27.3 million (RMB 170 million) and Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the project. |
