The term for both construction and operation is 30 years. China Gas won the project through open bidding. A wholly foreign owned project company, Huoqiu China Gas Urban Gas Development Co., Ltd. is established to conduct the project with a registration capital of RMB 15 million. The total investment is RMB 30 million. |
