Description | The City of Hurricane Power Board recommended adding an alternate representative to UAMPS and directed staff to start a full electric rate study. The study will analyze cost of service across customer classes and could recommend changes to tiered rates, solar crediting, and other rate design elements. Additionally, ongoing infrastructure work includes a two-year capital facilities plan, an impact-fee study, substation and distribution projects such as the near-completion of the 3 Falls substation punch list, installation of a new DMMS distribution meter at Brentwood, battery-bank maintenance, and installation of bird-protection equipment under a grant program. |
