Description	Hut 8 is transitioning from Bitcoin mining to becoming an AI infrastructure landlord by leveraging power access, data center leases, project debt, and Bitcoin-backed liquidity. The company has $16.8 billion in contracted lease revenue across two hyperscale AI campuses (River Bend and Beacon Point) with a combined 597 MW of AI data center capacity. It has refinanced a $200 million Bitcoin-backed credit facility with FalconX, reducing the fixed rate and freeing up Bitcoin collateral. Hut 8 also closed $3.25 billion of senior secured notes to finance the River Bend campus, which is non-recourse to Hut 8. The company is advancing the delivery and build-out of these campuses and aims to convert an 8,375 MW development pipeline into real contracted capacity.
