Description | The project will increase access to community and culture through the construction of a cultural centre that will include multi-purpose rooms, a language training room, dedicated area for arts and crafts sales and production. As well as a multi-purpose field that will include a soccer and softball field with portable bleachers. The project works will include: An approximately 3,000 sq ft two storey community cultural centre: - multi-purpose rooms - a language training room including a large video screen and projector - a storage area - a dedicated area for arts and crafts sales and production - washrooms - mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems - all related works An approximately 5,500 m2 multi-purpose field: - a soccer and softball field - portable bleachers - fencing; and - all related works |
