Description | The project entails the construction of the Huu Nghi-Chi Lang expressway in Lang Son, Vietnam. The stretch has a total length of 43km. Sponsor is a Deo Ca Group-led consortium, which includes Deo Ca Group, UDIC Construction and Investment, Licogi 16 and Ha Thanh Concrete. The BOT concession is for a period of 20 years. The total value of the project is VND10.013 trillion ($433 million) which will be financed through a mixture of debt from Tien Phong Bank ($151.83 million), equity ($64.95 million), state budget ($108.11 million) and provincial budget ($108.11 million).
