Description | Ferguson Enterprises LLC is planning to construct a heating, ventilation and air conditioning and plumbing supplies distribution facility at the National Capital Business Park in Upper Marlboro. The project scope includes construction of a 360,000-sq-ft building with a 36-ft ceiling height; and purchase and installation of dock equipment for 56 loading docks. A joint venture between Manekin LLC and Turnbridge Equities is developing the building. ARCO Design/Build has been selected to provide general construction services for the building shell and the Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. has been selected to provide general construction services for the fit-out. Shell construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2023. The estimated EPC cost is $20 million. |
