Hybrid Wind-Solar Power Generation Facility in Rajkot

APAR Industries approved a Shareholders’ Agreement and an Energy Supply Agreement to establish a hybrid power generation facility combining wind and solar energy in Rajkot, Gujarat. The project will be executed through Clean Max Rudra Private Limited, an associate company of APAR. The facility will have a total capacity of 9.90 MVA from wind turbines and 7.34 MWp from solar panels. APAR will invest approximately Rs. 10.76 crores to acquire fresh equity shares in the SPV, retaining a 26% stake, with operational control remaining with the generator.
