Hyper Quality Meat Suppliers Project

Hyper Quality Meat Supplier (HQMS) is a Zambian registered company that is based in Livingstone, Southern Province. The company is a solely owned and managed animal husband business that intends to venture into animal breeding specifically goats with a vision to be one of the leading goat companies in the industry both in Zambia and foreign market. In the initial stages, the company will start with 200 nannies or does (female goats) and 20 bucks (male goats). HQMS envisions within the first five years of its operations to start the meat processing plant and to export the products. In the first three years of breeding the goats, the company will ensure that exports are commenced to nearby highly goats’ consumption countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through Kasumbalesa boarder. In addition, HQMS intends to leverage on the vast opportunities available in the livestock farming industry and to contribute in growing the Zambian economy, thereby ensuring national food security. Currently, the livestock sector in Zambia specifically the goat industry has focused internally on meeting the domestic demand. However, there is a growing opportunity for multi-dimensional growth of the sector to meet the robust demand for high value goat meat products both on domestic and global markets. With this, the company envisages to incorporate modern technology in the breeding of the goats and processing the products. This project is highly profitable and will strive to supply high quality goat meat products to the readily available markets as Livingstone is strategically located. The project is open to a Joint Venture or FDI through a Minority Stake. To achieve the first phase of the project, HQMS needs $6,177.65. Phase two of the project will focus on expansion of the breeding of the goats and increasing the supply of the products.
