CoTec Holdings and Mkango Resources have appointed PegasusTSI and BBA to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for HyProMag USA’s rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing project in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The project targets first revenues in the first half of 2027, aiming to supply 10% of U.S. NdFeB magnet demand within five years of commissioning. The DFW Hub is designed for a 40-year life and 1,557 metric tons of annual NdFeB capacity, supported by additional pre-processing facilities in South Carolina and Nevada, creating up to 100 skilled jobs and bolstering secure, low-carbon rare earth supply chains.
