HyProMag USA Texas Hub Rare Earth Magnet Recycling and Manufacturing Plant Expansion

HyProMag USA has expanded the magnet production capacity of its Texas Hub facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, increasing recycled sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet capacity to 941 metric tons per annum and associated co-products to 611 metric tons per annum. The project includes detailed engineering design and value engineering, resulting in improved project economics and a total initial capital cost of US$142 million. The plant supports domestic critical minerals supply chains and aims to revitalize the U.S. magnet sector with 90-100 skilled jobs.
