Specialized in fostering talents at global customer contact points armed with sales and customer service skills, The Hyundai Cheonan Global Learning Center is a project which involves the construction of Hyundai Motor Group’s cutting-edge ICT-based training facility, equipped with the most advanced learning environment, with a goal to foster talents at the global customer contact points in the areas of automotive repair and diagnostic technology, sales and product CS. The center offers training courses on new cars, maintenance process, car master process, and Genesis specialist and has built service convergence training system to nurture experts ranging from sales, customer service to technical services based on the perspective of customer experience. Moreover, the cutting-edge studio was installed to develop and provide quality digital content,  optimized for mobile learning, and the center provides support in terms instructors and training materials from leading educational institutions as part of its win-win cooperation initiative. The Hyundai Cheonan Global Learning Center is the hub for strengthening technology, sales and product capacity of talents working at domestic/overseas customer contact points, serving as the cradle for fostering such talents for the Hyundai Motor Group.  Heart of Hyundai Motor’s Service/Technology TrainingThe Cheonan Global Learning Center consists of the training building and residential building. With 1.8 times larger surface area than the existing facility, the newly-built center has a capacity to train 13,000 people per year, with 10 practical riding grounds, 2 commercial training grounds, 5 large lecture rooms, role-playing training ground, conference room and seminar room. It is the largest training ground of Hyundai Motor in the central region, capable of training 586 people at the same time. The residential building can accommodate up to 280 people, with a cafeteria, gym, billiard room on Level 1 for leisure and purpose-specific resting areas on Level 2 and Level 3. The Hyundai Cheonan Global Learning Center will go down in history as Hyundai E&C’s iconic public construction project that helped to build the cradle for talent development of Hyundai Motor.
