Description | The project will be developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model on a design, build and finance (DBF) basis. The Archer Western-de Moya Joint Venture (AW-dMG) will be responsible for the development of three project components. The complete reconstruction of the I-395 corridor from the I-95/Midtown Interchange to the MacArthur Causeway Bridge in the City of Miami Beach, approximately 1.4 miles. The development of three thru lanes, and separate direct connections to I-95 northbound and SR 836. Other improvements include, ampong others: creating a structural signature bridge over Biscayne Boulevard; roadway and aesthetic lighting; drainage improvements; and ITS elements. |
