Description | The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in cooperation with the City of Tracy (City), proposes to improve the existing compact diamond (Type L‐ 1) interchange at Interstate (I-) 580 and International Parkway/Patterson Pass Road (hereafter I-580/International Parkway Interchange) between post miles 12.6 and 14.3. Increased traffic demand due to existing commercial growth and planned future development in San Joaquin County is creating the need to improve the interchange. The project proposes to modify the existing interchange into a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI). |
