Description | In summer 2022 and 2023, WSDOT's contractor, Granite Construction, replaced roughly 100 concrete panels along both directions of I-205 between the Glenn Jackson Bridge near the SR 14 interchange and the I-5/I-205 split and along southbound I-5 between Northeast 179th Street and the I-5/I-205 split. Additionally, this project also rehabilitated the bridge joints on several bridges along both directions of I-205, to extend the life of the bridges and create a smoother driving surface for all travelers for many years to come. |
