The project area is approximately 1.75 miles long, including widening the median and outside shoulders, reconstructing the interchange with a diamond configuration and a five-leg roundabout, and rebuilding westbound ramps as standard diamond ramps with a non-signalized intersection. The roadway will be shifted approximately 4 feet north to accommodate widening.
