Description | Stuart Olson acted as the Construction Manager for the tenant improvement project for IBI Group’s new offices. This project consisted of leasehold improvements on floors 3 and 4, 30,000 sq. ft. and 15,000 sq. feet respectively, of the Procura building on Jasper Avenue. Multiple high-end finishes transformed the space from a basic shell into a functional and inviting work environment. More than 50 paint colours were utilized, speaking to Bird’s strength and ability in quality assurance and quality control. As some unique materials were brought in from overseas, careful planning prevented long lead items from affecting the project’s original schedule. Night and weekend shifts were also implemented to keep to the desired completion and move-in dates. The project was successfully completed allowing IBI Tenant to move in on schedule. |
