The first objective is to generate funds based on 2021, 2020, and 2019 results. This generated support will the be used during the period of the aGreement to buy new films and to promote and advertise their theatrical release in Romania. This projects will benefit to all the employees of Independenta Film, 4 people to date, helping the company to keep on releasing European film. Regarding the use of the potential fund generated we will surely dedicatemore than 50% of our potential fund for the reinvestment in MG and the outstanding amount will go to the release costs. In terms of cash flow, it is more convenient to us to dedicate a larger part of the generated fund to the financing of the acquisitions because the money provided will come sooner than the one we would dedicate to the release costs.
