The International Falcon Movement - Socialist Educational International (IFM-SEI) is an international network working to empower children and young people to take an active role in society and fight for their rights. We are an umbrella organisation for child- and youth-led movements around the world that carry out educational activities based on equality and justice, democracy, peace, solidarity, cooperation and friendship. Through our member organisations and international activities, we aim to ensure that children and young people are well informed about their rights and empowered to ensure that they are respected. To achieve this goal, we organise various activities, including seminars, training courses, study sessions, international camps and conferences. We are a network of 46 youth organisations from around the world. While working together on various international projects, our members work independently in their countries and regions, ensuring the dissemination and real impact of our projects. The participation of children and young people in decision-making processes and the promotion of gender equality in democratic structures are requirements for membership. In 2025, IFM-SEI aims to contribute to the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 through the current work plan. Several publications, educational resources and non-formal education activities would be the result of this work plan, with a special focus on peace education, inclusive digitalisation, misinformation and debate, and youth participation and democracy.
