Igniting Creative Minds through CCIs Entrepreneurship

CUBE aims to raise the capacity of organizations working with young people outside formal learning, by providing skills development programs that equip youth workers with the knowledge and tools to support young people's employability in the CCIs sector in view also of the European Year of Skills 2023, which will give a fresh impetus to lifelong learning, empowering people and companies to contribute to the green and digital transitions, supporting innovation, competitiveness, and creativity. CUBE's project key objectives: -Empowering, engaging, and enhancing the employability of young people, with a particular focus on the CCIs sector. -Promotion of a transnational collaboration by developing a scheme that supports South Mediterranean countries to enhance employability and entrepreneurship in the CCIs sector while facilitating knowledge-sharing and exchange of best practices. -Prioritization of the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities that may encounter additional obstacles when accessing education and training programs. -Development of a skilled and engaged workforce that can contribute to economic growth and societal well-being, promoting the values of democracy, rule of law, and diversity by fostering entrepreneurship and non-formal learning activities in the CCIs industries. -Equipment of young people with digital and entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in the CCIs, by providing training opportunities that focus on these skills to prepare young people for the evolving digital landscape of the 21st-century economy, in line with the EU's priorities. The above objectives will be achieved by 5 work packages aiming to develop an e-guideBook and a mentoring e-platform for Youth Workers which will be further shared with a wider audience at local, national and European levels though a comprehensive Dissemination & Sustainability Plan. The final action plan of the whole project will be collected in the Project Management and Evaluation Plan.
