Illegal Joyride of Subway Cars in Forest Hills Yard

A group of suspects illegally entered a vacant R train at the Forest Hills/71st Avenue station in Queens, New York, and drove it onto train storage tracks for a short distance before fleeing. The incident was captured on surveillance video inside the train car. The MTA confirmed no damage or injuries occurred, and the train never left the yard or entered active tracks. The suspects may have used a stolen key to access and operate the train.
