Objectives - Consolidate the objectives reached with IMOLA I / II projects, to close the semantic model of the interconnection of the Property Registry, based on the ELRD, as a fundamental basis, and the I-KOS with a specific content repository of the Land Registry domain. - Extend the ELRD ontology with new pivot terms and semantic relationships, along with a more comprehensive list of national concepts attributes. - Design new technical developments oriented to services including Artificial Intelligence solutions. Expected Results - A common and shared semantic model in order to facilitate the implementation of EU Regulations and to consolidate the European single market within the frame of a Digital Administration. - Develop a centralized platform and new web services facilitating a common ELRD interface to assuring the LRI integration. - Transparency and a better understanding of property rights and LR national systems and legal effects. - Mapping property rights concepts schemes and aggregation of a different set of data (clustering) Target group - The legal officers of Land Registry organizations of Europe - Judicial authorities, legal practitioners and EU citizens Activities - WP 1 (Management): Project management and sustainability - WP 2 (Juridical and semantics information systems): 3/4 seminars and video conference sessions virtual and permanent complementary training system) - WP 3 (Technological developments): Tender - WP 4 (Conferences): Kick off and a closing conference Type and number of outputs to be produced - The improved ELRD as a common template to share LR information - Standardized and customizable web services adapted to ELRD schema, to facilitate the harmonization of LRI - Accessibility to metadata improving the usability of interfaces - New web services and artificial intelligence solutions to create a Land Registers juridical ecosystem - Virtual platform to host the I.KOS repository and the knowledge manager application
