Impact Evaluation of Poverty Reduction Programs

The main objective of the Network on Inequality and Poverty (NIP) of Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association (LACEA) is to stimulate academic work in the Latin American and Caribbean region on issues of poverty reduction and equity enhancement. The NIP aims at providing local researchers with access to training, exchange with a larger network of researchers in and outside the region, and mentorship from high level academics. The aim is to build research capacity and increase the availability of policy advise on issues of poverty and inequality at the country level.
