Imperial is a provider of healthcare and consumer goods related market access and logistics solutions across Africa and logistics solutions across Europe. The company is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa and wholly owned by DP World since 14 March 2022.  The proposed investment is an up to US$100 million unsecured, senior loan (“A” loan) to Imperial Capital Limited (“DTMC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial Logistics Limited (“Imperial” or the “Company” or the “Group”), an African focused provider of integrated market access and logistics solutions. The financing package will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes of the Group, growth capital expenditure and acquisitions across the Imperial Group (the Project).
