The STL wishes to have a centralized system for informing its clients as optimally as possible regarding its service offering and for maintaining quality client relations. Implementing such a system may at once address strategies for improving the client experience and for developing, optimizing and integrating STL services. In 2016, the STL hired an external consultant in order to determine the transit company’s needs with respect to a centralized information and client relations system. More specifically, this project includes: - Purchase of a centralized information and client relations system - Processing and centralization of existing client databases - Integration/adaptation of the tool to the STL - Implementation of the tool
