Implementation of EU Youth Dialogue 2025-2027 in Latvia

The main objective for this project is to implement EUYD activities in Latvia from 2025 - 2027, involving at least 1000 young people from age 13 to 25 from all regions of Latvia during this period. Specific objectives of the project are: 1. Ensure EUYD Ambassadors network from 2025-2027, involving at least 60 young people from age 13 to 25 from diverse groups from all regions of Latvia in network activities by encouraging young people participation. 2. Provide 20 EUYD consultations with 500 young people from age 13 to 25 from all regions of Latvia from diverse groups in each cycle. 3. Ensure 5 regional implementation activities with 150 participants including decision makers and youth from diverse groups in each cycle. 4. Promote EUYD publicity from 2025-2027 by creating cooperation with National Youth Council of Latvia, Eurodesk Latvia and Europeer network (lead by National Agency) reaching target audience more than 10 000. The main beneficiary is Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Latvia. Whole EUYD process in Latvia will be observed by National working group which is led by National Youth Council of Latvia. Synergies with National Youth Council of Latvia and Eurodesk Latvia and Europeers networks will be provided. To ensure quality of youth work in local level and young people voices cooperation with local municipalities will be provide. The Ministry is responsible for developing planning documents at various levels in the youth field, and the results of the EUYD consultations will be evaluated for inclusion in future planning documents (f.e. strategic youth policy planning document from 2028).
