Implementation of Europass and Euroguidance in Croatia 2021-2023

Euroguidance: Euroguidance is a European network of national resource and information centres for lifelong guidance active in 33 European countries. Its main target group consists of guidance practitioners in education and employment, but also trainers, researchers, and policy makers in the field. Europass: Europass is a European network of national centres active in 34 European countries. The main goal of the network is to help ensure that skills and qualifications are transparent and understood throughout Europe. Both networks operate at national level in Croatia as part of the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes, the National Agency for the implementation of the Erasmus+ Programme in Croatia. Euroguidance Croatia systematically monitors of the current status of lifelong guidance in Croatia and the EU, and takes into account constant change in the labour market, nature of employment, education and training in order to address the specific needs of its target group through targeted activities. Europass Croatia promotes and supports the use of Europass by individuals and organisations through dissemination of information on tools, practices and trends related to mobility, skills and qualifications as well as through strategic cooperation with relevant national authorities, services and networks. By nature, both networks contribute to the same overarching goal of lifelong development of skills, competences and career management skills through lifelong guidance and learning, and European-wide learning and labour mobility. Therefore, they are naturally inclined to develop synergies to provide complementary and comprehensive results and to exert meaningful impact.
