Description
Description | "Despite an increase of focus on skills importance (also thanks to the results of the European Year of Skills), it is necessary to remark the persistent lack of basic skills by a significant percentage of the Italian population, linked to a still too low propensity to participate in the opportunities offered by education and training. This appears even more critical, if we consider that many progresses have been made about the accessibility and flexibility of upskilling and reskilling pathways, mainly free of charge and available throughout the country. Furthermore, significant resources have been allocated for the development of adult skills and the main reforms in the field of AL and LLL are in a phase of full implementation. It remains urgent, therefore, to invest in the attractiveness of the VET and AL ecosystem, to promote the implementation and monitoring of policies in these sectors, to update standards and improve the quality and relevance of the training offer. The work plan provides for the integration of awareness and information actions, the realization of studies and analyses on the dissemination and level of use of the potential offered by innovative learning environments, the enhancement of those training interventions that are able to implement and develop, adapting them to the regulatory context and programming in this field, the main EU frameworks that identify standards and references for digital, green, entrepreneurial, linguistic and transversal and basic skills. Another activity is the capitalization of results and outcomes achieved in the AL Agenda project 2024-2025 through the implementation of an important training action for about 80 teachers from adult schools who, in the new project, will be engaged as trainers for their colleagues in 12 regions with the support of the Inapp staff (a ""cascade process"" that will allow to reach at least another 300 teachers during the implementation of training and peer learning laboratories)." |
