Improve accessibility of Toronto Zoo pathways, boardwalks and public washrooms

in progress

The project will improve accessibility to wildlife and other exhibits, and modernize public washrooms at the Toronto Zoo. The work involves renovating four public washrooms to meet requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and building an accessible boardwalk and recreational pathway to replace existing infrastructure. The project will allow people with physical disabilities to better access exhibits and amenities at the Toronto Zoo.
