"As its name states, the project ""Improve Management and Participation, Consumer Communication and Teaching Traders about ADR""-2, in short IMPACCTT ADR-2, builds upon its predecessor's (IMPACCTT ADR) success by further enhancing awareness about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) among traders and consumers in our country. Our previous efforts in this regard have yielded positive results, evidenced by the increased number of consumer complaints submitted to our ADR center and the growing registration of traders on our online case handling platform. This project aims to build on these accomplishments by attracting more consumers and traders who are inclined to use ADR for resolving their disputes. Additionally, it will contribute to enhancing the quality of our ADR process through enhancements to our digital case handling tool, capacity-building initiatives for our team of mediators, and knowledge exchange with other, more seasoned ADR organizations."
