The project aims to improve the overall social development and promote social cohesion among people and communities. In order to reach this aim, it develops the strategy which is directly focused on target groups’ and target areas’ needs. Since the target groups’ and target areas’ needs and constraints are sourced from economic conditions and lack of economic activities (although there are potentials for enlivening the economy), the project mainly focused on developing human resources according to target areas’ characteristics. With the help of the project, target groups enhance their occupational capacities according to labour market needs. Target groups empowerment results in boost in market, and since the market and labour force are developed, more income and overall welfare of the whole area is being available. By this way, an invaluable contribution is made to socio-economic problems of the target areas and a big step is being taken in solving their isolation problems.
