Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic aims at actions to analyse and develop methodologies of the processes and options to shorten the dissemination of the short-term statistics on industry by 10 days using the modified IT-solution for data validation and compilation and reduced reporting burden by modification of the surveyed statistical population. The purpose of the second part of the project is to provide a proposal methodology for small countries using micro method for back casting of data from the existing PRODCOM based on CPA rev.2.1 to new PRODCOM based on CPA rev.2.2. One of the tasks is how to split data for product codes, for which the original PRODSLOV code based on CPA rev 2.1 is e. g. divided into multiple codes 1 to N for the new PRODSLOV based on CPA rev 2.2. and recalculation of existing national files and back casted data files provision since the reference year data 2005.
