The Improvement to Lion’s Head Community Centre and Arena (the Project) involves new constructions, expansions and rehabilitation work to the community centre and arena. The Project scope includes: • the construction of 6 new barrier free dressing rooms accessible from the arena floor level; • the creation of a new multipurpose room suitable for community presentations and gatherings; • the creation of a new library space for the Bruce County Library system to improve multipurpose use of facility; and • the renovation of existing washrooms and addition of new washrooms to improve accessibility for persons with disabilities. The Project will result in the improved accessibility and diversity of services offered by the community centre and arena.
