The purpose of the SIMPLIMAC project is to design and adopt the necessary measures for the rationalisation and simplification of both structures and administrative procedures. For this, a simple and logical methodology has been followed, which based on a diagnosis of the current situation, establishes the strategic lines and in each of them defines a series of actions whose development will allow us to meet the objectives set by the set of partners. The project will be structured around 3 axes: 1. Creation of the Transnational Network for the co-production and execution of a strategy to improve administrative efficiency. 2. Programme of simplification of processes and reduction of burdens. 3.Programme to manage change efficiently with a focus on progressive adaptation.
