Description

Description

This project aims to deliver proof-of-concept for in vivo PERTURB-Flow, a breakthrough technology for the systematic discovery of therapeutic targets in macrophages. The proof-of-concept will focus on microglia, the brain’s resident macrophages, both in homeostatic and disease conditions. In parallel, we will engage industrial partners and perform business development, patent and freedom-to-operate analyses, laying the groundwork for valorization and spin-off development. Together, these activities will establish a powerful platform that may move the macrophage field beyond its current scarcity of targets, providing a scalable pipeline for in vivo–validated therapeutic discovery.
