Income and living conditions domain - EU-SILC 2026 modules - Preparation of 2027 ad hoc subject

The purpose of this project is to implement, collect, process and transmit to Eurostat mandatory rolling module in 2026 Over-indebtedness, consumption and wealth and preparation activities for implementation of 2027 ad-hoc module Mental health and wellbeing. Legal basis for collection of data from rolling modules and ad-hoc modules were adopted (or are forthcoming) pursuant Regulation (EU) 2019/1700. Due to introduction of 6-yearly rolling module variables, as a new rolling module which has not been part of EU-SILC data collection since the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2019/1700, in this application is also explained a need of subcontracting of external interviewers, with explained calculation of needed subcontracting amount. In project are included all activities which are in the scope of call for with objectives of implementation of 6-yearly rolling module 2026 and preparatory activities of ad-hoc 2027 module: Data collection activities (implementation of 6-yearly module variables in Blaise software, instructions of interviewers, successful organisation of fieldwork, successful CAPI and CATI data collection) Data processing (performing of logical-mathematical controls and data quality analysis) Validation of data and data transmission Introduction of 6-yearly rolling module in national questionnaire and translation to English (as a mandatory annex of Quality report) Preparation activities of ad-hoc module 2027 Mental health and wellbeing which will include using of Blaise 5 software for data collection for the first time in EU-SILC (implementation of ad-hoc module variables in Blaise 5 software from IT Expert and testing the Blaise 5 software with included variables from SILC methodologists)
