Main objective : The project aims to develop a greater understanding of the business language and the corporate culture of the UK & France in order to facilitate international trade by SMEs in East Anglia and Trégor (Brittany, France). It also aims to develop a cross-border network for business training, focused on language and culture, in order to help firms overcome trade barriers between the two countries and to raise the competitiveness of SMEs in the face of a growing global marketplace. Main actions : - Realization of a survey among SMEs to measure the relevancy of a language and culture training. - Development of experience sharing in terms of language and culture training. - Setting-up of several training workshops: half-day sessions on corporate culture and half-day sessions on languages. - Dissemination of the resources to the firms contacted during the survey.
