Increasing impact of CSOs for protection of EU values 2.0

This project is a continuation and upgrade of existing Imapct4values project, covering two countries, Slovenia and Croatia. It builds on its lessons learnt and continues to build I4V brand. We will continue with differentiated re-granting (4 different calls with different purposes (standard projects, programme support, quick actions) and eligible applicants (grass-roots, more developed organisations and resource centres, networks). Capacity building programme continues to be diversified, combining various methods, creating a dynamic cross-thematic and transnational learning environment. We will expand number of webinars, that will now include pressing issues, such as resilience, anti-burn out methods, etc., we decreased number of master classes, while offering thematic seminars, through which grantees will focus on joint programmatic issues, such as gender mainstreaming. We will also continue with broad mentoring support, which proved to be most effective, now delivering 62 mentoring packages, and management of EU Values' Virtual Classroom, a multilingual online knowledge platform for community based civic activists and CSOs across the EU. The general objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of CSOs for significant community and societal impact in putting EU values in action. The project has two uniquely strong and interconnected components, designed in line with the needs assessment to achieve the specific objectives: • To enable different models of impact oriented financial support to grassroots and other CSOs, including networks, engaged in promotion and protection of EU values and rights, • To provide comprehensive capacity building support to grassroots and other CSOs with the aim to foster their organisational development, cross-border and transnational networking and their programmatic capacity to act at both community and institutional levels, • To promote the CSOs’ impact on promotion and protection of EU values and rights.
