IND: DAHEJ LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS TERMINAL PROJECT

The Project involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and regasification terminal with a capacity of 5.0 million metric tons per annum at Dahej in the State of Gujarat in India. Petronet LNG Limited (PLL), which is a joint venture between Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, GAIL (India) Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, and Gaz de France International, is implementing the Project on a build-own-transfer basis under the concession agreement with the Gujarat Maritime Board for 30 years. The LNG Terminal will receive and regasify LNG from Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (II) in Qatar, and send out the natural gas to the pipeline owned by GAIL.
