These projects, under LoC-2 and LoC-3 financing schemes, have seen little to no progress mainly due to delays in consultant selection and lack of necessary approvals from India. The projects include roads, railways, and infrastructure development in shipping and energy sectors. Only 15 out of 40 projects have been completed, 8 are ongoing, and the rest remain stalled. |
