India's Infrastructure Investment Growth

planned

India's infrastructure growth remains strong despite global uncertainties, driven by sectors such as renewable energy, roads, real estate, and new-age industries including digitalisation and decarbonisation. Investments in these sectors are expected to rise to around ₹23–24 lakh crore, supported by government initiatives and healthy corporate balance sheets. The roads sector is set for revival with gradual recovery in project awarding and asset monetisation plans. Renewable energy capacity additions are expected to be 50–55 GW annually, supported by policy and project pipelines. Real estate shows mixed trends with flat residential demand and healthy commercial office demand.
