Information Business Systems (IBS or the group) is the largest information technology (IT) company in Russia. IBS''s revenues are principally generated from customers located in Russia, with a small portion attributable to customers located in other CIS countries, Eastern Europe and the US. The group is headquartered in Moscow and has over 1,000 employees. In addition to being the largest distributor of computer hardware in Russia, the group is also the leading IT services company in Russia. Since 1992, IBS has been providing IT services, such as network and infrastructure services, management information system solutions and outsourcing services. More recently, the group has begun to provide offshore programming services, management consulting services and ASP outsourcing services. IBS intends to use the funds to develop and increase its IT services business, as well as to expand their office-warehouse complex to include a computer assembly plant on their existing site.
