Ingulets Solar PV Plant

The projects involves the development, construction and operation of a 57.6 MW solar PV plant near the town of Mykolaiv in south Ukraine. The SPV is called Ingulets Energo-2 LLC. The sponsor is Mr. Sergii Khrypkov, who is a Ukrainian national who owns 13 solar plants across the country, which are combined under the brand name Clean Energy Holding. The total project cost stands at EUR 54.5 million or $ 61.61 million. EBRD and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) will provide EUR 19.1 million or $ 21.59 million each, which brings the total debt financing to EUR 38.2 million or $ 43.19 million. Financial close has been reached on 14.02.2019.
