Description	49.5MW wind farm located in Dalaidong of Xinbaerhu Youqi (Chenbaerhu Qi), Hulunbeir of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China by Guohua AES Chenbaerhu Qi Wind Energy Co., Ltd., joint venture of Guohua Energy Investment Corporation and AES Corporation. I believe this item should be about phase 1 of the project.
